Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage food preparation and cooking.
- Create and develop innovative menu items that delight our customers.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met consistently.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain budget.
- Collaborate with management to optimize kitchen workflow and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest feedback promptly.
- Assist in planning and executing special events and catering services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
